To setup a phonebanking volunteers coordinating webpage …in preparation for canvassing and local elections.

: recruit volunteers and vet them
: investigate marginal areas
: gather names and phone numbers from public census data.
: construct the protocol and dialogue for the project.
: set up archiveable database of addresses names and phone numbers / supporter / opposer / last voting choice of each ward.
